FISH LAKE 2008

In the Summer you think it would be warm but its is not. Fish Lake is such a special place to us. It holds so many memories that will never be forgotten. Honey and Papa started the tradition of going there every year. Honey was born in Wayne County so we go there every year for our reunion.

Little Emma you are so old.

Two years ago Natalie and Craig jumped in the water at Fish lake. That water feels like ice. I cant believe Natalie. Wow!!! Well they have been talked about for a couple years so Dave and Rhett decided it was there turn to prove themselves and they jumped in to. I will never ever do it. It is beyond cold.

This is Beautiful Fish Lake. When we were younger we would go exploring and find little streams to name after ourselves. So Natalie and Lisa I am going to go ahead and name this The Stephanie Stream. Sorry I called it maybe next year to can beat me to it.

We decided to go on a little hike. I did not bring my diaper bag because I did not want to carry it. I thought I would be safe but I was not when we found out Lily needed a new diaper. Dave was so nice he volunteered to walk all the way back to change her. Those are the little things in life that say I really Love my wife.

Papa and Honey started the Wayne County tradition many years ago. It is the best time. We all look forward to it every year. Papa taught all of us how to fish when we were little. He bait the hook with a worm for all of the little girls. Now its fun to watch Dave teach Emma and Lily how to fish. Papa caught a fish at fish lake. He was holding his rod backwards. Papa said I can even fish Backwards.

I was really nervous for Emma's recital. She was calm and I was really nervous. We missed three weeks in a row where they learned the dance. So she just winged it like a pro.
